After a break in 2023 this year the Vest Pokal will happen again. The registration is now online:

The date is 11./12.05.2024, one week later than usual. Let's hope, the weather won't too warm by then.

The number of registrations for the Vest Pokal 2024 is currently still well below expectations and at the moment, we are still far from the minimum number of participants. I am aware that the Vest Pokal has been caught between the DM and Zielona Gora due to the relocation of the DM to Munich. However, I hope that we will still reach the minimum number of participants. So anybody interested please register now!

Fortunately, there have been a few more registrations in the meantime. In order for the competition to take place, at least 5 participants need to register by Friday. So all those who are still hesitating, give yourselves a jolt.
 
Many thanks to everyone who has registered for the Vest Pokal 2024 so far. We currently have 24 registrations and the competition will therefore take place as planned. But that doesn't have to be the end of the story. The registration window remains open and I really hope that there will still be some latecomers. Groups of 6 in the Vest Pokal sounds kind of strange and you wouldn't even see them on the pitch.

The Vest Pokal 2024 took place last weekend in the finest weather. However, according to the participants, the conditions were not necessarily easy, but rather typical Herten conditions. This was also evident on Sunday in the FlyOff, which was decided in the AULD for the first time in a long time. There was only one round in the FlyOff where all the remaining pilots flew the full 3 minutes. In the end, as last time, Steve Collin came out on top and the Vest Cup went to France for the third time in a row.
